Universal usage per billing cycle or non universal (per app only)? This thread from June 2024 on the Apple forum only shows a per app limit, is there a way to set a universal data limit?

They don't allow you to set data caps! They don't even allow you to see your monthly DATA USAGE

Pretty fucked up that the SpaceX Starship is succeeding using all the same principles that the American 🔥🇺🇸 pigs mocked the Soviet N1 Moon Rocket for (except 60 years later) including hot staging, 36 small engines, etc

If the Soviets had better computers, would the N1 have succeeded? I know the Energia (fully reusable Buran shuttle booste stages) was a generational leap over the NASA shuttle and actually flew but the N1 never made it to orbit because it was trying to manage 35 engines with simultaneously with a vacuum tube computer.
