RDR2, with or without mods. And, assuming I have internet, I could also play online.

Or maybe Sims 2. That's been my go to for years and years. With mods and cc, of course. I could probably even do Sims 4 with my murder mods.

I turn on boolprop and invite all of the neighbors over to my fenced in yard. Then I delete the gates and the doors to the house. The last one alive gets the house. Fun times.
