My napkin estimate for the legal turnout based on yours is 137.46M ÷ 240M = 57.28%, based on estimates the 2020 eligible voter base was 233M
Votes are still being counted though, so the actual turnout may in fact be higher
To be fair, Dems did lose a lot of votes that simply weren't given to any candidate compared to 2020, so this could have been a factor, esp. in Michigan still being counted
