Pretty much been known for a while this. Tories will do what a Tory does. They do not care about the amount of asylum seekers enter the country. It is just a narrative to make those who are on the bottom feel better about the shit they are living with. The fact they can give contracts out to donors is just a bonus.

Welcome to the UK then.
We got a good deal to make up for the failings that the Maastricht treaty dealt the UK. To be the Leader of the EU you had to be a member of the Euro and also a member of the Schengen area. This left the UK at a huge disadvantage. We would not be allowed back into the EU unless we accepted both those conditions. This would mean we are not at a disadvantage anymore. We would be joining as equal members. We could even see a UK official in charge of the EU.
No one said there is a conspiracy. The BBC has blatant bias issues. What do you think the Lineker was about and the subsequent resignation that followed it. Bloody hell even Emily Maitlis took the effort to diss the BBC when she left.
The answer is very simple, work with the EU. It is what we did before we left. The numbers have gone up since then, it is bloody obvious going it alone is not helping.
Not really. There are guidelines for what devolved government can and cant make laws on. The judgement is that this Scottish legislation does not fall under them. SNP should propose the legislation change in the commons to be applicable across the whole UK, not just Scotland. They do have a considerable amount of MPs there. What is the point of having them if they only want to make changes in Scotland.
As for what the DUP is up to, this is purely party politics on the Tory side. The DUP is very much aligned with the Tory party. The Tories should be calling for a new election in Ireland. But it has to be recognised that Sinn Fein did exactly the same thing in 2017-2020. This is not how they should be working for their constituents. This is down to how the UK government applies pressure. Both parties need to find alternatives way to voice their disapproval over matters. This is not how democracies are run, this is pure blackmail and nothing else.
First off this is not just the covid inquiry as a whole. This is Johnson, the main protagonist behind the Covid enquiry and the most damaging subject of that enquiry. The guy who was responsible for the decision making behind faults of the enquiry. He is also a buffoon who cannot hide from his mistakes. Wanting to keep him specifically out of the limelight is beneficial to the perception of how the Tories are ran.
I see you do not mention the issues that Sunak is facing. Sunak is an impending change of government. The same government that imposed those events that led to that lady's demise. You would think this is immensely more noteworthy than an individual's plight.
And yes there is coverage of the inquiry. That was part of the funding for the inquiry. It is meant to be public. But like all things political there is a bandwidth to what the public look at. That bandwidth is dictating by media coverage and how much is pushed front and centre. My point was that the BBC is sadly lacking in pushing events front and centre that are considered damaging to the Tory party. Even the title of the subject created by the OP is stating that this is OTT for the subject matter at hand.
Spending money on giving kids school meals, hell no way. Spending millions on data collection under the pretext of protecting kids. hell yeah!
These shithouses do not give a damn about the people of the country. How long do you think it is going to be before someone gets blackmailed for voting for the wrong party and being a porn watcher.
This is why we have grammar.
Didn't see it mentioned in the wiki. When the middle finger was gaining popularity, during the 80's in my circles, using the middle finger folded in half was a thing mentioned. I guess with the description in the wiki that makes sense as it infers that the person being insult has a tiny dick. I remember someone mentioning it was a Greek insult, but never knew it had a history. TIL.
Now I get spammed by a hundred Greeks telling me they have never heard of it. :) In my defence, we had no internet when I was young. There was no way to check on BS Vs fact.
The BBC likes to tow the government line. Sunak has his MPs snapping at his heals and Johnson has been giving evidence with the covid inquiry. Anything to take the eye off the ball. Any other time and this would not even get a mention because it actually shames the government. Just not as badly as the other instances I mentioned.
I agree we should keep reminding people of what things these scum are up to. The last thing we need is complacency at the next GE. This is a problem that won't fix it self.
