Fair, but the op made me physically furious before I realized that

I’m embarrassed to know this, but it’s only his first reborn form from the first book that has no nose. He exists as a face stretched across the back of professed quirrels bald head hence the flat nose. There’s no mention of his later forms having this feature in the books, it’s just a movie thing

There was an episode of one of Brett O’Shea’s podcasts that came out sometime during the 2020 election period that had a segment on how both Biden and trump were accelerationist candidates. I feel like it’s turned out to be super prescient and want to give it a re-listen but I’ve had trouble finding the specific episode. Anyone here recognize the segment I’m describing?

True Anon unlocked their interview with Norman Finkelstein in full. I know the preview was linked earlier, but I’m sure there are lots of people who will be interested in listening to the full thing

This is so embarrassing lol. I though Ukraine had captured the title of most reddit country but looks like Israel is giving them a run for their money

Why would Israel make up a fake phone call if they didn’t do it? Use some critical thinking

I don’t understand why your bloodthirst is so strong you feel the need to defend Israel’s genocidal actions. You can just say nothing you know?

Liberia has the exact same problem as Israel. There were already people living there. To be done correctly I think descendants of enslaved Africans would deserve a homeland carved out of the US, Brazil, etc. with the caveat that indigenous peoples of those regions would also have full rights in these hypothetical countries

Edit: this would be similar to the idea that Israel should have been carved out of Germany/Austria but more complicated due the existence of righteous and just indigenous struggles in the americas and Caribbean

I’m going to quibble with your claim that Israel is a safe haven for Jews. This attack should have ended this claim forever. There is no way Jewish people are safer in Israel than they would be in the us, Canada, the uk, France, Germany, etc.

Secondly, why do Jews need a homeland to be safe? No other group that has been attacked through history ever has been supported in creating an ethnostate in order to protect them. Where is the demand for Roma to have a state to protect that from racism in Europe? Where are the calls to give the descendants of enslaved Africans to be given a state they can control in order to be protected?

Antisemitism is a real problem, and as leftists we must always call it out just as we do for any other form of oppression. I will continue to my best at this as well, and pretty much agree with the specific arguments you make in the rest of your post

Absolutely monstrous. Death to Israel, the us and every country continuing to support this genocidal regime

I don’t know what hamas’ strategy is. I will say this attack will absolutely make settlers second guess whether they want to leave their comfortable life in Brooklyn to set up a new life on stolen land. Is that a good enough reason? I don’t know for sure, but to pretend that this is completely pointless violence is bullshit

Israel exists to be a permanent aircraft carrier for the US, as admitted by the current American President, but go off on how it’s actually its own country 🙄

Targeting tourists at a rave on stolen land next to an open air prison that holds the rightful stewards of that land is ok

It’s not like anything good will come out of a Republican led house. Plus it makes America look like more of a joke. I don’t see any downside to this
