Issue with Nvidia cards are being discussed on GitHub on proton repository. The only fix at the moment to let it run is to downgrade the Nvidia proprietary driver to 525.

I was about to comment this. That van also contains QEMU if your host is on ARM64.

I was about to comment this. That car also contains QEMU in case you own a Mac with M1/M2 chip.

Try to open it with another media player, like VLC

You guys are right. It happens also in the browser. Hopefully this will be fixed✌️

EDIT: it's not a BUG of liftoff app, rather a lemmy instance sync issue. Hopeful it will be fixed in the future. Thanks @s4if@lemmy.my.id for clarifying.

Hi, I started to use liftoff as my main app to browse lemmy and it's been wonderful. I want to report a systematic bug I noticed(I don't know if this bug is related only to the Android version).

It seems like the first time you tap to the subscribe button does nothing. The second time however works as normal.

I'm using the last version of the app.

How about the battery drain on the phone? I tried to use it once to sync my notes but it didn't work out well in terms of battery drain

I can't count how many times I used this. It's been a huge timesaver for me
