I mean they use the data to decide what actions are high risk. Someone tailgating and tapping their brakes constantly is inherently less safe than someone leaving proper distance.

Privacy theft, I get it. An opt out should always be available and easy to use.

If you truly have an issue with insurance deciding what is or isn't safe there are organizations that can take over that such as ASTM or NFPA.

Sure, give us federal immunity for killing DEA agents with it. It's only fair.

What's next? Monitoring middle schoolers and confiscating zelda drawings? These renditions are fan made, not for profit, and only borrow likeness. Robot Chicken has less desirable situations for use and actually makes money from it.

They could have provided enough SC justices to have a quorom but not provided any input into the quorom. Essentially, be present and go along with whatever the other justices decide.

Yes, thermal paste goes bad over time but that's like 3+ years. (Edit, wowzer 12+ years. Change that out.)

I doubt you'll see noticeable differences between thermal pastes but yes, some are better than others. That's really more of an overclocking focus.

Have you cleaned the intakes and fans? A little dust can make a surprising difference, hence it is recommended to do yearly.
