Idk. I had high hopes for every single game that released. But think the only thing that disappointed me was anything that came out as a live service.

I’ve played games like Redfall and Gollum but they didn’t necessarily disappoint me. They were just laccing

I won’t say battle passes but I want to. But we’ll never go bacc to unlock points and do goals in games to unlock like H3 and MvC2 but what I will say is live service games

If they’re gonna exist they need a rule to force them to give us a mode to use out paid items offline when the service dies. Custom lobbies. Local lobbies. Split screen etc. when you see live service games die and you think about how much money you spent and you can’t even turn on the game anymore you should literally die inside at that paint so either they need to go or they need to change drastically.

And then with that I also say… battle passes anyway 😂

But most most importantly. Getting rid of online only connection. Why can’t I play D4 offline??? Stupid.

No reason other than what games they prefer

Xbox has game pass and plenty of its own first party games to go thru.

PlayStation has a great amount of games accumulated from when 3rd parties stopped really releasing on Xbox and they have a Japanese library of physical games you in import of thats your thing. They also have PS Plus, their version of gamepass.

But also Xbox does now have some big studios under their belt yet again so gamepass is expected to get a big boost of games on their service like crash at some point, Spyro and other games published by Activision and Blizzard and Bethesda etc (gamepass is like game Netflix). Gamepass has a great library of games for all ages and Minecraft. Everyone loves Minecraft.

I would recommend getting disc version of either one. Yeah digital is supposedly the close future but the option is nice and they both play 4K dvd if you have any dvds at all laying around and if someone gets them a gift it’s a easy insert without losing out on trade in money. The Xbox series X is also more powerful than the Xbox Series S although its bigger and bulkier

They are both good prices at the moment the PS5 and the Series X
