It's the same as it ever was: some communities you go for good discussion, others you should just avoid the comments because you know they'll only rile you up

I don't think it's just federation, I believe for posts to appear in your instance's All feed then at least someone on that instance needs to be subscribed to the associated community

He's one of those guys who hates America so much that he starts to think anyone who goes up against them must be the good guy (I'm sure nobody on Lemmy could possibly imagine such a situation!), missing the point that lots of people/countries/organisations can all be bad.

He's a complete edgelord and always has been, but that has always been a recipe for great art!
