@CoffeeAddict mostly matches urban / rural divide but some outliers like El Paso ate interesting.

@CoffeeAddict I don't see it being a 2008 level crisis, but its likely to get worse before it gets better with all the stuff stacked up on China right now. In their politics leading to some western disentanglement, their generational population risks, high interest rates reducing international investment, and catchup from pandemic total lockdowns, they got a lot on their plate.
@CoffeeAddict yeah I think it's the right strategy, no need to give Trump any more free publicity. There are so many wins from this cycle, especially given the hardships, that a positive story that explains why those changes were good for nearly every American could be powerful on its own without needing to bring up the other side, though I imagine the loss of freedoms and privacy in red states will get highlighted. I'm sure the PACs will make the issue blatant once we're past the GOP primary.
@Crawfish woohoo it looks like it works, just a bit slow (makes sense with how loaded kbin.social is right now)
@Crawfish hi from nl mastodon. Testing to verify posting from here works the same as lemmy. Trying to comment on the kbin DT.
@Neoliberal I was looking into https://kbin.social/m/kbinMeta/t/135413/YSK-that-Kbin-can-subscribe-not-only-to-magazines-and today and I was wondering if anyone here has been able to try https://kbin.social/d/mastodo.neoliber.al to see if it will pull in the Neoliberal Masto instance's kbin interaction feed? I'm thinking as I'm not a kbin.social user its not kicking off a subscribe step and never storing the domain in its domain list even though several users here have posted to there. https://kbin.social/d/mastodon.social gives what I would expect, but for our server.
