Good. Social safety nets should only be reserved for those that were dealt an unfortunate hand through no fault of their own. The government should have no right to redistribute wealth from one group to another. Whether that's an individual that made a stupid mistake or a large-cap corporation.

Many people skipped college because they could not afford it. Why should they be forced to subsidize those that went to college and took on massive debt? Its the fault of the individual that foolishly built up debt. They can pay off their gender studies degree by taking a trades job (which are fairly high paying). Education is an investment like any other; it may or may not pay off. Invest wisely and don't expect a bailout.
