I still play mine on occasion.

You can also easily mod them, which opens up emulation.

I don't like the 3D so always leave the slider down, but I have an astigmatism.

Definitely get one of the XL models

Fable 1 aka Project Ego. That was one of the reasons I went with an Xbox over PS2. Like you said, still a great game but far reduced from what was initially promised
