Like I said, the problem isn't that they are against CoC. The problem is how they reacted to the post. Alone the last "Nice on" as an reaction to your typical idiotic "BuT WhAT If I WaNT tO Be A ToXIC CoMmUniTy" rebuttal, tells me enough about their mental maturity. So yes from that and the other responses, I call the dev an Idiot.

Search for "Plasma Drawer" in the Plasma Extension section of Discovery (the default KDE app store). It's a beautiful fullscreen launcher. After installing it you simply right click on the launcher button (It either has the Distro or KDE Logo), select "show alternatives" and select Plasma Drawer (or whatever other launcher you want to use).
Distrobox. It's a godsend if you use production software since for whatever reason, many companies often only support one package format + specific distro. I prefer Flatpaks and hope their store implementation will take off but Distrobox just works for now.
At least in Debian 12, KDEConnect was pre-installed with my Plasma Desktop.
That's the reason why I have high hopes for the Cosmic DE. I really hope the System76 devs can deliver a great and stable alternative to Gnome Shell.
No wonder since most topics on all are:

It's a huge circlejerk here and there isn't that much engagement in other smaller communities. And I highly doubt that it will change for the better since I already see that a lot of the remaining people love this little circlejerk and don't even want more people that could diversify the content. More power to them, I have already given up on Lemmy as a Reddit replacement.
