You don't own the actual image since that would be too big for the block chain. You only "own" a URL that points to the image. The host can delete that URL or change the picture behind it any time they want.
The biggest issue imo is the microphone quality. Audio quality and latency have improved a lot over the years but so many wireless headsets still have garbage mic quality. The Logitech g pro lightspeed costs $250 and sounds worse than a $10 Webcam mic. I only went wireless after the razer blackshark 2023 came out. The microphone is by far the best mic I've heard in a wireless headset.

But they can see all of the Meta data, ie how often you chat with someone, how often you send pictures/videos/voice messages, etc.
That is more than enough to know everything about you and your friends.
