Now, a statement from the official Dragon Ball website has seemingly confirmed the series will be returning eventually, although there is still no window as to exactly when fans can expect the next saga of the hit manga to begin. Dragon Ball Super won't be losing its place in the magazine in the interim, however, as the announcement states that the series' artist, Toyotarou, will be contributing special illustrations and providing exclusive information, with the next issue focusing on the Red Ribbon Army.

I finally decided to check in on the Dragon Ball Super manga, and it is officially coming back!
Between Daima, Toriyama's passing, and the hiatus, it is fair to say I was more than a bit worried. Personally I really enjoy the Super manga, and can't wait for new chapters to start releasing
What were some of your favorite parts of the manga? What are you excited to see in the new chapters? What did you like that the manga did differently than the anime, and vice-versa?

There is so much that was introduced to be explored. Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, and Piccolo have all taken their separate paths to power to the next levels. Ultra Ego might be one of my favorite things. It fits Vegeta so perfectly, and I love the purple. I'm glad to see Piccolo brought back to equivalent strength of the others. Broly will be an absolute monster once he has his power under control
