It looks like they are mostly talking about CBD or high CBD/low THC levels, which isn't what I'm using (probably just inserting myself into something I shouldn't, oops). I do think CBD is a good option to look into, no risk (afaik), and if you think it would help I would definitely recommend getting some. I don't think there are any age restrictions either. Looking at this link I want to try it too.

I definitely get some of those benefits from delta 8, during and in the days after. Being able to get those benefits with something non psychoactive would be really nice.

Can you explain what symptoms its supposed to relieve, and is that while high or after? The big thing I notice after is I'm in a much better mood the next day. I guess I also don't really "track" my autism symptoms too much?

All the little things that make my brain tick while sober, so much better. Textures, food, music, stimming, they all feel even better. I don't know how much of that is weed and how much is autism but it feels like they gel well together for me.

ooh, I hadn't considered your piercings being that way. Piercings rock, can't wait to get some. I actually didn't know you could get chew necklaces, maybe I should try something like that.

The seeing double stuff is wild, I had no idea.

meow-hug Hope you can recover too. I think its some of both, but I'm not sure if I can tell where one ends and the next begins. Not helpful for knowing how to fix it ohnoes

This whole "being trans" is probably the most emotionally draining thing I have ever experienced. I'm not sure if I've ever stretched my brain like I have these past months. Its overwhelming. My social battery being drained right now probably doesn't help. Maybe I'm conflating the two a little bit.

waowI relate to some of this a lot. A couple questions though:

Likes to put objects in their mouth.

Is there a good way to cope with this/engage with it? I love this so much but obviously stuff is dirty and I shouldn't, or something.

Prefers food with intense flavour - excessively spicy, sweet, sour, or salty.

Could you explain this one a bit, maybe how it is different from how NTs would prefer food? Because I definitely love and crave intense, specific flavors but I didn't connect that with autism.

"Seeing double."

Similar question, this one I don't think I experience, but what is that like for you?

Thank you, I always like reading you talk about your autism.
