I'm not exactly a fan of forced online games, but I decided a long time ago that any game that I couldn't download the server for wasn't worth 10¢ let alone how ever much they charge for it

Honestly this is what I expect to eventually happen. the Russian government will just not tell anyone he died and use stick footage/deepfakes to make it look like he's giving speeches and things

Ikr? The whole exciting aspect for me when it comes to the fediverse is that it's not corporate, and even if some companies made instances they would only be a part of the whole that is the fediverse
