My partners best friend was dating a guy very briefly. She called it off because on day 3 of just getting to know each other he started sending her nudes and rubbing himself with inflated balloons and videos of him humping. That guy has a balloon fetish.
I don't think the balloons are what killed the short lived relationship so much as the boldness of thinking she wanted those videos/pictures.

If I'm not mistaken it was originally to describe Italian immigrants during whatever period of time (world war 1 maybe?) and it was a acronym for Without Papers. As in not having a visa.
I could be mistaken though, I read that once from one source so not really done any due diligence.
I listened to his podcasts like, approximately 6 years ago. He had interesting guests and they were allowed to speak and he asked questions to go with the topic and keep the conversation flowing. Then as time went on his ego inflated and I stopped listening in time to avoid all of the stuff you listed above.
Alternatively, he may have been like that from the get go and I was too young to see it, but I feel like his popularity built up from when he was interesting and the devoted fans stuck around for his shitshow.
My favourite interview he had was with Paul Stamets. Other than that I'd never recommend Joe Rogan to anyone.
