Genuine question: what's an example of not treating you correctly?
They didn't honor the special another restaurant is offering.

We share public spaces with people like this. I try not to think about it too much.

So, you feel that all of the other customers at the restaurant should have to suffer because you believe that you got bad service? You do realize if someone pisses on the floor in the middle of a restaurant then they have to kick everyone out and shut down until it's fully cleaned right?
Are guests allowed to piss on your floor if you don't treat them nice enough?
