It sounds like she did it as a "favor" to the pope, very weird.
The controversy was sparked by the pardon given last April, amid a visit by Pope Francis to Budapest, to a former deputy director of a children's home who helped to cover up his boss sexually abusing kids and adolescents there.
But everyone tells me this is the good Pope and that hes so nice and doing his best?
He's better than a lot of them? That's all I've got. A lot of people forget where the mafia originates from.
I also heard that the boss was a frequent visitor to Felcsút, Viktor Orbán's hometown.
Polish president did that just before his reelection. The pedophile was out of prison already, the pardon was to remove the restraining order, because the offender lives with his victim anyway. President was presented with a negative opinion from a psychologist for that pardon.
His voters did not care, they perceived him as the family-values candidate because he said LGBT are not people. The church helped him a lot.
President : Katalin Novák
Prime Minister : Viktor Orbán
They ~~were~~ are
the last to deny Sweden's accession to NATO ... is there some connections here ?
Edit : thanks to @ObviouslyNotBanana for correction
Weirdest thing is, some Fidesz fans try to smear the opposition for this event, by inventing all sorts of crazy conspiracy theories.
