As an alternative to UBI, if we keep up the current status quo without UBI post singularity we should see all costs of things going to 0 (or the value of limited resources)

Like for eg. a car for a $ because someone made a custom car factory from scratch with their agi robots.

Of course limited resources like land etc will still have value. Note that UBI: doesn't fix it. It just changing the scale. If everyone gets paid a 1k a month then obviously the prices of limited resources will account for this.

What do you guys think about this? I feel this is what's realistically going to happen as UBI might not be implemented in time. And may be even preferable to UBI where we have to rely on elected officials to constantly update UBI as we go into the singularity.
