Unpopular opinion perhaps: I am a little unnerved (pun not intended) by uncircumcised penises. They creep me out a bit and I'm afraid of the cheese that oozes out. lol Also, does it, like, hurt more? The foreskin makes it look like a worm.

It doesn't ooze or anything unless it's literally never been cleaned for years. Literally as little as jacking off prevents that buildup.

Anyways I prefer uncircumcised, mostly because of the consent angle. Most circumcision is done to people too young to know anything at all, let alone consent to a surgery. And consent is just really important to me.

I was circumcised at 4 because my foreskin was splitting every time I got an erection. I am very glad this was done. I recognize that I am in the minority, but are you claiming that you are against people who are circumcised because of their parents?

There is a difference between medical circumcision and religion circumcision.

It's a medical procedure that changes things about your body for the rest of your life. Makes you way less sensitive down there.

If it's needed because of phimosis or similar, yeah, it should be done on minors, otherwise, no, a kid can't consent to body modifications.

Literally anything will do it tbh. It doesn't actually get dirty very fast. Like just pull the skin back for a second in the shower.

[–] favrion@yiffit.net 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

That thought makes me cringe, sorry. lol

[–] TacticsConsort@yiffit.net 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Eh, cringe can't be controlled, don't worry about it.

Although comment for comment, I'd love to get a bit more interaction on that one Felkin post of mine? Feedback is everything when you're trying to world-build, so I might as well ask for some, right?

Oh, sorry. I don't play Dungeons and Dragons, so I don't have the proper contextualization to fairly critique your posts.

That's OK. I just want to know if it's interesting and makes sense, seeing as that's something that's essential to DnD even if it's not an actual part of DnD

It does not hurt more. Actually I think the opposite is true. Think of the foreskin as a sleeve that can rub against the glans without friction.

[–] favrion@yiffit.net 1 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Isn't it more sensitive though?

[–] Wander@yiffit.net 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Yes, but only if not covered by the foreskin. For example, I would find it uncomfortable to have my underwear rub against the exposed glans. But as long as the glans is covered by the foreskin it's fine and there's no friction or anything, even when rubbing the foreskin back and forth, which you can do without needing any lube.

I wouldn't know. I can't compare.

[–] favrion@yiffit.net 3 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Got it. I would think that more nerve endings meant that it would be warmer than an circumcised one. Cute icon by the way.

[–] Wander@yiffit.net 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Thanks! Of course you can feel some minor temperature change when pulling back the foreskin, but that's just the contrast. No idea if the base temperature feeling is different.

Hey there, uncirc male here.

Yeah no. Any self respecting penis haver, regardless of circumcision or not, cleans their junk. Don't... If it smells, run like hell basically. Also no pain, if anything it makes us more sensitive to touch and sensations.

[–] favrion@yiffit.net 1 points 1 year ago

I got the cheese thing from memes.

[–] soyagi@yiffit.net 3 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Is this a joke? It reads too genuine to be sure.

The part where you sound like you are either trolling or are 14?

They creep me out a bit

Because they didn't get mutilated at birth?

and I'm afraid of the cheese that oozes out. lol

Cheese oozing out? Really? It's called basic hygiene, not Wisconsin dairy products

Also, does it, like, hurt more?

Why would it hurt more to leave it as it is naturally? There are actually a lot of nerve endings there people born with a penis are robbed of because of male genital mutilation.

The foreskin makes it look like a worm

Seems kind of juvenile, but ok. People give all kinds of names to penises, but I'm not sure how it looks less appealing natural, than it does mutilated.

Again I ask, what part?

So like those parts for instance?

[–] AwoosWhenClose@yiffit.net 8 points 1 year ago (1 children)

To their credit, in many countries where circumcision is common there's a lot of misinformation about uncut penises, and a general taboo around talking about penises in general. The whole "uncut penises are unclean" thing is a common myth which appears to be pushed super hard. I can also imagine some men not actually learning how to clean properly (because where would you learn that?), furthering the stereotype.

I think OP is just coming from a background of misunderstanding, rather than trolling. I guess they also didn't realise how charged a topic it would be.

[–] favrion@yiffit.net 3 points 1 year ago

Accurate. By the way, I identify as cismale and do own a circumcised penis. I have always viewed the circumcised penis as natural, so I am uneducated on what it's like to have a foreskin.

I am gagging a little bit as i write this... There shouldn't be any cheese, not even a little bit. If there is, that's not normal.
