Kingdom Come: Deliverance. That game came out with so many bugs it it was hilarious, but the game underneath was so amazing it draws you in and you forget about the bugs. They did gi back and fix them though.

That one Burger King Mario kart clone made for the 360 was peak funny-bad

Any of the Matt Dickie games, started as PC and mobile releases and now he has his wrestling game on Switch. Even with the weird animations, the sometimes slow speed, and the graphics that look out of the 90s, they all have their charm.

Super City is the best superhero game on mobile unironically because it’s the only one that even attempts to be an open world superhero sandbox despite being 2D.

Wrestling Empire is the best wrestling game on Switch despite its goofy nature and weird, bad graphics due to actually just trying to be fun while WWE 2K18 was a colossal fuck up.

If you just look up gameplay you would probably assume these games are all shovelware or asset flips, but they aren’t. The combat is weirdly fluid in a way that makes it obvious this one guy has been iterating on it for near two decades now.

Splatterhouse 2010! Janky game but I love it! The metal soundtrack was dope.

i've always found the earth defense force games to be the most fun yet corniest games of all time

For me it's two worlds. I love the terrible acting, the broken combat and the fact you can break the game sequence by killing the final boss in the first two minutes of the game.

It plays like a wild DnD game where the players want to give the DM ptsd.

I played the story campaign of Battlefront 2 and it is absolutely fucking hilarious. I see why people were pissed, but as I just picked it up for nothing in a sale I just thought it was really fun and endearingly stupid. AT-ST's just wandering around in circles like they are trying to find their keys while you shoot them, Enemy AI which seems to be centred on 'try and get stuck in the nearest wall', and a redemption story which is basically this:

Like they had the coolest setup for a star wars story ever: an imperial assassin see's the death star blow up while on a mission on endor, and has to deal with the fallout. It is AMAZING how much they dropped the ball in every moment following that. And then the DLC! "Hey we are sorry for this halfbaked shit, here is some more halfbaked shit to compensate."
