You can be any npc that isn’t a main character/story driven character.

Have you ever just seen a shop vendor that you thought man he has it made. I wish I ran this shop.

For me, it’s Pat Nagel. I love fishing IRL, in WOW, simulators, and just about any game. I feel Pat gets to go to all these beautiful and exotic places to fish. He seems very peace with life in Azeroth.
