Digital Nomads

Hi,

I teach yoga and am a German national (currently registered in Germany). As I spend only a few weeks a year in Germany, I am considering unregistering in Germany. I am wondering how you manage invoices and taxes if you are working freelance without a fixed residence somewhere? E.g. have you registered a business somewhere? Have you chosen a (new) residence somewhere?
