I see the therapist failed to get their scrum master's certificate.
This hits me hard because I use a kanban board (Wekan) for managing personal tasks outside work. It's a really effective strategy but it means that my personal life has basically become more work.
I'm trying to be better.
Have you considered hiring a project manager? I think having someone keep track of higher level goals and handle the coordination with other key stakeholders would really let you focus on finishing the right epics which would really knock your KPIs out of the park
