So does giving blood/plasma help with this or is that just serum levels of microplastic

There’s no conclusive evidence that giving blood lowers serum levels of microplastics. It may based on the assumption of seeing microplastics in donated blood but there’s not direct evidence yet that this lowers serum levels. Whether it would impact brain levels is also unknown as a result

There is conclusive evidence that donating blood does accelerate the removal of “forever chemicals” like PFAS though, in some cases fairly significantly (up to 10% blood level reduction and 30% serum reduction). Plus donating blood is nice
