She poses no danger to the US or the US government, plus she has agreed not to talk about some things and is under constant FBI/NSA surveillance. He also pardoned some Puerto Rican guerrillas and FARCS members.
Biden pardoned Alex Saab, in exchange for 10 Americans who were under Venezuelan control, all he had to do was basically never return to the US.
Could’ve done it a bit earlier, like 7 years earlier.
