I am fully convinced people who don't like gluten free food are just eating the wrong gluten free food. Like people who go vegan by just replacing meat with meat substitute rather than reconfiguring their diets.
Basically this looks delicious.
Do you have the recipe? My dad can't have gluten (not Celiac but has similar issues) and stuff like "junk food" or deserts make it easier to make not being able to have other things suck less.
