We're starting to see the results of the MAGA trade plan and they're not even in office yet.
It already means that prices are going to go up for to the cost of warehousing.

Yes, but the CEOs will save on their taxes, and that’s all that matters. /s
I have a theory that all this expense alone is gonna hit earnings and crater everything. I'm not a perma-bear Michael Burry tinfoil hat type but it's simply gonna be a shitload of money getting thrown around with no revenue to account for it right when everyone's turning to creative means to sustain quality earnings such as layoffs. Sounds like a big dumb storm
Honestly, I can't wait for Michael Dell and others whose companies heavily leverage China to have an all out fucking tissyfit over the fallout from this.
Surely it's easier to hit a target if you move toward it
I want to know the companies that are moving factories cause they is not easy and not cheap either. Even with a 100% tariff it would still be cheaper for my business to stay where we are. Raising prices has got to be the solution for at least 90% of them.
The one that has confirmed they're moving is Steve Madden and they've been apparently planning for over a year in anticipation of tariffs, moving to Mexico, Brazil, and Vietnam.
