Where does he keep finding lawyers after not paying them?

We really need a penalty for filing frivolous lawsuits that are obviously without merit. At the very least, it should be mandatory for the plaintiff that files the suit to cover triple the legal costs for the the defendants, and a penalty for wasting the court's time.

Sounds like that might allow the mechanism of justice to function, we took a poll and everyone rich who funds campaigns and lobbiest that write or introduce legislation is against it. Sorry Poor.

I skimmed the complaint. It's (obviously) utter nonsense that will be dismissed with prejudice. But if not, then I look forward to joining the class action against Fox News, et al.

Fox news was ruled to be entertainment, not news.

And where's the $10 decillion lawsuit against Faux News for the decades and decades of that bullshit?

Dipshit Donnie forget about the recent Brett interview where he literally did that?

I know it's just projection aimed to put the opposition into the childish "no you!" argument... God I hate these people

Trump sues for entirely normal journalistic practices. What a world.

Maybe he should not have backed down from a live debate if he wanted her to be presented unedited?

[–] DemBoSain@midwest.social 11 points 3 weeks ago

I wish the FUCKING MEDIA would stop editing the bullshit this chucklefuck spews on a daily basis. He didn't "lash out", he "rambled aimlessly, occasionally trampling across his accidental topic."

[–] DrSleepless@lemmy.world 7 points 3 weeks ago

Of course it’s edited
