Man, I'd hate to work for the Onion these days. Reality is catching up to satire so quickly I'm pretty sure there's a bunch of people going "yeah, that sounds like something he'd do" and think nothing further of it.

That's why you got to flip the script. "Trump calls immigrants 'good people' in mostly coherent speech" sounds absurd in our current reality but also calls him out.

That would actually be good parody yes. Surprising nobody jumped on that yet.

i’m starting to think “deportation” is a euphemism for mass murder…

It was more like a soft-start for the Nazis. They proposed deportation (“The Madagascar Plan”) first and then pivoted to the “Final Solution” when deportation was deemed too expensive.

fuck, you’re right… they amount of nazi parallels and closeness of this election is giving me this feeling of constant panic and despair…

The insulting comedian from the MSG rally is at the bottom on the pic!

It's saying a lot that for I tiny moment here I was in the verge of eating the onion

This video is just inches away from reality like good satire always. Elon Musk in general praises Trump for nearly everything so of course he would praise that ad, even if it were that vile.

The onion as well as all other satire sites switched over to trusted news sources on the day that satire died. November 6, 2016.
