Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

Lol, I'll take more billionaire bashing comedians getting laughs then keyboard revolutionaries on reddit getting up votes any day.
That clip is effectively "clapter," I concede that, but more of that and less of Dave Chapelle's clumsy and disgusting attempt to boost 
is preferable to me.
