This is a Dengist community in favor of Bashar al-Assad with no information that can lead to the arrest of Hillary Clinton, our fellow liberal and queen. This community is not ironic. We are Marxists-Leninists.
This community is for posts about Marxism and geopolitics (including shitposts to some extent). Serious posts can be posted here or in /c/GenZhou. Reactionary or ultra-leftist cringe posts belong in /c/shitreactionariessay or /c/shitultrassay respectively.
We have a Matrix homeserver and a Matrix space. See this thread for more information. If you believe the server may be down, check the status on status.elara.ws.

Cool, now do it everywhere
Don't threaten me with a good time

Pictures are nice, but I'm very, very critical of this.
Russia is not the Soviet Union.
The Soviet Union was to be praised for what it aspired to be, a dictatorship of Workers, taking steps towards communism.
Russia on the other hand is not. They have no intention, nor does it seem like they are heading in that direction... You can correct me if I'm wrong (I can be wrong, I'm willing to learn)
Russia, alongside Iran, will receive my (very) critical support on their anti-imperialist struggle. But I'm very critical of them trying to use Soviet Union imagery to garner sympathy.
I wish, I so so wish, for the birthplace of the first AES state to go back into building socialism.... But this doesn't seem to be it.
Where are you from?
Why would you ask? My comment was not intended to be conformational. All good comrade.
Common Russian W as of late. Hopefully the severing of ties to the west can only increase, and- even if Putin may not be a communist- Russia can continue its path of learning, emulating, and cooperating with China's successes. While the liberalism and social "conservatism" will inevitably come to a head (and has to be dealt with), across Russian society otherwise, and structurally (laying the law down on the oligarchs, bringing back 5-year plans, increasing ties with AES and "socialist-lite" policies), I feel they're on the right path to revitalizing the country and at least parts of the Soviet legacy in a manner that will be conducive to transitioning the country back to true socialism (proletarian rule ie. communism) when the time comes.
It will be certainly be dream to see Russia going back to path of socialism. Also, that will certainly make the west and all of the chuds/liberals shiver.
Made me feel patriotic for a country that doesn't exist anymore for a moment
