Only 4 years is ridiculous. Only reason it’s so little is that he is a white pig with a badge who murdered a “bad” African American man

Bring back execution by crushing, for cops who crush their victims.

The issue is that the punishment will be used on homeless black transgender men who were caught jaywalking.
