At the start of the war the narrative was that Ukraine could win, and that was worth all the sacrifice, but now even the west admits that Ukraine is going to lose. So, Borrell is openly admitting here that the west is destroying Ukraine for their own interests as opposed to helping people of Ukraine.

Yes. He does have regular attacks of honesty where he's going mask off on things that were unthinkable to say loud from office such as his even a few years ago.
He seems to flip flop every few weeks. It's really weird. I'm thinking now that he's just an imbecile.
So....do it? How are you gonna openly say you know how to end the conflict but refuse to do it? Oh right, Russia Bad™, that's all they have, literally one line
At least now they're being honest that it's not about helping Ukraine. It's all about sacrificing the people of Ukraine to use it as a battering ram against Russia.
