Not the first to make an observation like this but: If the trolley is headed towards 2 fucked up conclusions, maybe it's time to reject the lever, jump on said trolley and hit the brakes instead (hexbear.net)

shooting the trolley was what police tried doing to stop CSX 8888, they tried shooting the emergency brake button and accidentally shot at the wrong button
