Is there a pocket this person isnt in?? What defines lab grown beef different from beef on a level that a ban is even needed outside of the general checks the FDA (or local equivalent ) wouldnt already check for. Also if you are going to go this route I am SURE is will ban GMO stuff from the shelves as well......

You know I didnt know that I assumed it was some sort of fruit or sugar cane. Now I wonder where they are keeping all these cows?

Probably on the land where that can't grow citrus anymore due to the blight
