This is terrifying. Is the only way to block this information to use a VPN?
Yeah, use a VPN and make sure it and your network settings are configured properly. Iβm running my stuff in a docker image thatβs already preconfigured to prevent IP leakage with VPN support.

It tells me I've downloaded a bunch of stuff i haven't, and none of the stuff I have.
Your public ISP IP isnβt typically static unless you pay for a static address. So guess you know what the last guy was doing.
Should I be concerned if they are recent downloads? I dunno much about this but some are as recent as half a day ago.
