It says Trump fans rage, not Trump. It's not confusing at all. Don't block the website over the fact you can't read.
It could be read as Trump(n.) Fans(v.) Rage or as Trump(n.) Fans(n.) Rage.
I can see how it’s ambiguous, but also it’s the dumbest shit to nit pick.
I agree with @Ginger666@lemmy.world as its an intentionally click-baity headline.
Their headline reads like cause and effect.
They could have even used the same words to make it more clear like this:

...where here there is clear ownership who the quote is from.
The difference is that for as stupid as Trump is, he isn't going to come out and say there will be civil war because it makes him liable.
Now all of the redneck loser simps that think he is going to make women have sex with them and they'll be free to rape, or the hateful hypocritical christians that think he's going to usher in another inquisition and crusade so they can kill all the brown people and the disbelievers can say civil war with impunity. They know that they all won't be held liable and arrested. And if it looked like that actually would be the case all they have to do is make threats of civil war and the gov't will back down.
