It's stuff like this that makes me realize we're the evil empire from Star Wars. The Security Council needs a reworking away from vetos.

I grew up hearing the Middle East call the US "The Great Satan". When I was a kid I thought it was a bit much. As an adult, I totally understand.

Removing the veto power from SC, however good it sounds, would immediately see US, UK and possibly entire EU and other US vassals quitting UN.
