Possible yes, but does that really seem like reality to you in this situation? It doesn't to me.
I really don’t get it. They’re offering an upsell. At worst it’s minorly annoying.
I would assume they need to list the price of the upsell on that same page. I'm just speculating though; I'm not familiar with the relevant laws and haven't read the suit either.
