Japan recently received a huge sum of money to buy western weapons. Like overnight became the largest army in terms of military budget in the region.
I mean "non factor" as in opposing American interests. Japan obviously plays a huge role in the geopolitics of the region.
Oh I getcha my bad. Yeah Japan is just another dog of US imperialism.
