No no, you don't understand, everything is an ADHD thing. Nobody has traits or idiosyncrasies, everything is merely a reflection of their unique psyche and not experienced by other people.

Hmm I think most people will relate to enjoying showers and not wanting to get out. The ADHD part is the functional impact. Like my showers tend to be 30 minutes long at least even when I’m trying to be quick, but at the same time I only shower max three times a week. I’m pretty sure that’s not part of the neurotypical experience but happy to be corrected.

I'm neurotypical, and that's an exact description of my shower habits. Quality over quantity.
