Context communication options. If you're unfamiliar, I'm talking about Apex Legends or Overwatch 2 where you can ping enemies or hold down the ping to give contextual communications like "defend here, group up here, watch this area, etc". If I'm in a SBMM game I only want to be able to communicate this way.

Additionally, and oppositely, I greatly miss all voice-chat and dedicated servers. Being able to return to the same server with the same players every day and just shooting the shit while playing the game unranked is something I really miss from the past. SBMM is fine, but it has completely removed the social element in video games.
