I'll go first: playing with other people in multiplayer who are geographically close to you would be very fun.

A feature helping you getting back into the game after a hiatus. It has to quickly show:

A: what's the basic controls B: where in the story am I C: what is my current objective

The older I get, the more often I am excited to get back into a game just to be totally overwhelmed by not knowing everything. I have already f*ing started Skyrim thrice, dangit.
