Basically what’s a game that you’ve played that seemed so mind blowingly unique at the time but for one reason or another the game never took off and other developers didn’t pick up and run with it either.

Battlerite. Honestly still salty with how the game ended. It's basically a MOBA that's all team fights. Imagine playing DotA as a fighting game. That's what Battlerite is. League has arena mode which I read that is similar so that's that I guess.

Note: Bloodline Champions is the first game of the same devs so technically it still didn't took off.

the lol one is a bit more arcadey and because riot are weird its a rotating game mode so you can only play it when they decide its coming back, which happens to be december
