I'll go first: playing with other people in multiplayer who are geographically close to you would be very fun.

Release full completed games. None of this "massive day one patch" or "just wait for the patch" moments just after release. If you can't walk into a store and buy a physical copy and pop it into your console/pc and play without internet (if you're game isn't playable out of box), then you're doing it wrong.
