I'll go first: playing with other people in multiplayer who are geographically close to you would be very fun.

Fair salaries, no crunch, work/life balance, respect, less reliance on art tests(for artists), better hiring practices, faster hiring procedures, involving people relevant in the field in the actual procedures from the very start, removal of motivational letters, salaries clearly visible on job descriptions, actually relevant job descriptions...
