Hey, I want to run an Ethernet cable through my apartment (not in my walls, but along my walls) but once the cable arrives at the door to my room idk what I should do to get it through, I have very modern doors without any open spaces where a cable might fit through, I'd appreciate any advice/help

You can try powerline adapters, MOCA adapters if you have coaxial cables running between rooms, flat Ethernet cables exist and might be easiest. I'm assuming you're ruling out WiFi for some reason.
